In early 2024, at Twilio, Shuvrajit built a compliance agent that read a business’s website the moment a Toll-Free campaign was rejected and told them exactly what to fix before trying again. Second-attempt approvals rose 128%.

It worked well enough to scale everywhere. The agent expanded to A2P 10DLC, became an internal API, and reached customers across email, chat, and the application itself including the ground-up revamp of the A2P registration form now in private beta.

Getting there meant sitting with customers to understand where registration actually breaks, and personally overseeing more than 25,000 Toll-Free applications over two years. Ekas is that playbook rebuilt so any business can approve on the first try.
