Every channel, every way to put it in front of your customers, and dedicated support for you and your customers, all come in the same plan.
Included
Channels
Not a pre-check that hands the hard part back to you. Each channel is registered, verified, and remediated on its own terms — and all three are in the plan.
Brand and campaign registration through TCR, corrected before it ever reaches the aggregator.
Verified RCS Business Messaging — agent, brand, and assets prepared for Google and carrier review.
Toll-free verification assembled into one clean submission that stays unblocked.
The guarantee
Every registration is checked before it goes out. When Ekas says a submission is ready and the carrier disagrees, that is our mistake to absorb — not a cost we pass back to you or your customer.
We reimburse the registration fee your provider charged — for example, Twilio’s $15 campaign registration fee.
The rejected registration comes back off your allowance. It does not spend one of your 50.
We diagnose what the carrier objected to and prepare the resubmission. That does not count against you either.
Bring a submission that got rejected, or one you are about to send. We will run it through Ekas on the call and show you exactly what comes back.
Book a DemoOne brand or campaign submission on any channel — a 10DLC brand, a 10DLC campaign, an RCS agent, or a toll-free number. If a submission is rejected and you resubmit after following our recommendations, the resubmission does not count again.
Yes. Fifty a month in total, split across 10DLC, RCS, and TFN however your customers need them. There is no separate allowance per channel, so a heavy 10DLC month costs you nothing on RCS or toll-free.
No. The API, MCP server, Hosted Flow, chat widget, and skills are all in the same plan. Most teams start with one and add others as their onboarding changes — that never changes the price.
When Ekas clears a registration and the carrier or aggregator rejects it anyway, three things happen. We reimburse the registration fee your provider charged — for example, Twilio’s $15 campaign registration fee. The rejected registration comes back off your monthly allowance, so it does not spend one of your 50. And we diagnose what the reviewer objected to and prepare the resubmission, which does not count against your allowance either. The guarantee covers registrations submitted the way we cleared them: if our recommendations were not applied, or the submission was edited after our check, that rejection sits outside it. Compliance decisions occasionally turn on factors nobody can see in advance, and we would rather carry that risk than hand it to you.
No. Seats are unlimited — your compliance, support, and onboarding teams can all sit in the dashboard. Pricing only tracks registrations.
No. TCR brand and campaign fees, toll-free verification fees, and anything your CPaaS charges are billed by them directly. Ekas is the compliance layer on top — we do not resell connectivity.
The plan is month to month with no commitment. Past 50 registrations a month, or if you would rather commit to a term, the price per registration comes down — tell us what you expect to register and we will quote against it.
