Products · Hosted Flow

Your registration flow, reduced to a website.

Replace the long compliance form with a website and a couple of taps. Ekas reads the site, fills in everything else, and coding agents repair what would be rejected, on the site itself, once your customer clicks accept. Then it submits the registration. All hosted under your brand.

Some setup on your side, and our team gets you live.

What happens after they hit submit

Your customer hands over a website. Behind the scenes, Ekas does the work a compliance team would, including the part where somebody has to go fix things.

  1. 01 / 06

    A website, not thirty fields

A2P registration asks a business for details that live in four different places inside the company. Ekas asks for the website, and for a tap or two on what they want to text people about.

    30+ fields → a URL

  2. 02 / 06

    The website pulls the rest

Ekas crawls the site and builds the business record out of it. Legal name, entity type, registered address, and the rest of what a carrier checks the application against arrive on their own.

    website → verified business record

  3. 03 / 06

    The form fills itself

The full registration still exists, because the carriers require it. Your customer reviews a completed application instead of writing one. Ekas maps what it found onto every field and flags the handful it could not determine for them to confirm.

  4. 04 / 06

Ekas reads the website the way a carrier does

It checks what registrations actually get rejected for: whether a privacy policy exists and mentions SMS, whether the opt-in discloses frequency and rates, whether consent is captured in a form a carrier accepts, and whether the campaign matches what the site sells. It captures the screenshots the application needs, too.

Live crawl · every check a carrier applies

  5. 05 / 06

    Coding agents apply the fix

A failed check does not come back as a task. Ekas writes the correction itself, for verbal, text, written, or QR-code consent, then makes the change on whatever platform the site is built on. Application fields are corrected in place, and website changes ship through a connected GitHub, WordPress, or Webflow. Your customer clicks accept, and the check runs again.

    Finding → fix, applied

  6. 06 / 06

    Green, then submitted

When the checks pass, the application is submitted for you: through an integration you already use, or to a webhook you provide if you run your own submission.

Carrier, CPaaS, or your own endpoint

It looks like part of your product, because it is.

The flow runs under your brand on your own subdomain, and hands your customer back to your site when the registration is in.

Your logo and colors

The whole flow wears your brand, not ours. To your customer it looks like a page you built.

Your own subdomain

Customers go to a subdomain like acme.ekas.io, hand over their website, and are on their way.

Back to your site when done

When the registration is in, the flow returns them to your product. Nothing about their experience changes after the form.

Submit it your way. Keep the data.

This is the part that touches your code, and it stays small. Our team helps you wire it up.

Submission

We submit it for you

Once the application passes every check, Ekas sends it where it needs to go.

  • Through your integration: Twilio, Bandwidth, Telnyx, Sinch, Infobip, Plivo, Bird
  • Or to a webhook you provide, if you run your own submission
Continuity

You keep the data

The record flows back into your product, so the form is the only new thing your customer ever sees.

  • Read it from endpoints we expose
  • Or let us write it straight into your database

Why teams make this their default

The most complete way to put compliant registration in front of your customers, with the least work on either side.

Customers actually finish

A website instead of thirty fields. The step where registrations used to stall becomes a minute of work.

Approved on the first try

Every check runs and every issue is fixed before the application is submitted, so what reaches the carrier is already clean.

No compliance work for your team

The crawl, the checks, the fixes, and the submission all happen for you. Nobody on your side has to learn the rules or chase a customer to change their site.

Fully under your brand

Your customers register in your colors, on your subdomain, and never see that Ekas was involved.

Submitted for you

Through an integration you already use, or to a webhook you own. The destination is your choice.

Data flows back to your product

Read it from our endpoints or have us write it to your database, so the record lives where your team works.

Your customers’ data, handled with care

The flow collects real business information, so we treat it the way you would want your own customers’ data treated.

Never shared or sold

Your customers’ data is used only to complete and submit the registration they asked for. It goes nowhere else.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

Business details, screenshots, and everything read from the site are protected the whole way through.

Deleted on request

Ask, and the record and everything tied to it, screenshots included, is removed.

The most complete way to deliver it.

Same compliance engine. The Hosted Flow does the most for your customers and asks the least of them.

Questions

How much work is it to set it up?

A subdomain for the flow, your branding, and a way to receive the finished registration: an integration you already use, a webhook, or database access. That is the only code on your side, and our team helps you through it.

Do our customers know it is Ekas?

No. The flow runs in your brand on your own subdomain and hands them back to your site when they are done. It reads as part of your product.

How do you get the rest of the business details from a website?

We crawl it. The site tells us which legal entity is behind it, Ekas resolves that to the verified business record, and the application gets completed from there. The few things only your customer can confirm are flagged for them.

How does Ekas fix something on my customer’s website?

With a coding agent connected to wherever the site lives, GitHub, WordPress, or Webflow. When a check fails, the agent drafts the change against the same rule that failed: the clause the privacy policy is missing, the consent language the sign-up form never collected, the STOP and HELP handling that was never wired up. Your customer sees the change and clicks accept, and it goes live. Nothing publishes without that click, and everything ships through their own repo or CMS.

What if a customer has not connected their site?

Everything inside the application still gets corrected automatically, because Ekas owns those fields. For website changes, the flow asks your customer to connect their platform, which is usually one authorization step. If they would rather not, they get the exact change to make themselves and the check re-runs once it is live.

Where does the registration actually get submitted?

Through an integration you already use, like Twilio, Bandwidth, or Telnyx, or to a webhook you provide if you run your own submission.

What happens to the data, and can it be deleted?

It is used only to complete and submit the registration, never shared or sold, and deleted on request. It can also flow back into your product through the endpoints we expose or by writing to your database. Full details are in the docs.
